3. Inspection upon Receipt:

Customers are strongly urged to diligently inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting or signing for the receipt. In the event of any issues detected, kindly refuse the delivery and promptly contact our customer support. By conducting a thorough inspection upon receipt, customers contribute to the immediate resolution of concerns and safeguard the integrity of their valuable items.

4. Shipping Charges: 

IRAA By MPJ is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders, irrespective of the chosen shipping option.

5. Order Tracking:

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email, facilitating the monitoring of shipment progress and estimation of delivery dates.

6. Important Notes:

  • The estimated delivery times provided are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

7. Recipient Identification:

Customers are required to provide accurate details of the Consignee/Recipient’s Name, Complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number to facilitate hassle-free delivery.

At the time of delivery, the recipient must present any of the following identity proofs:

  • Aadhar Card.

  • Passport.

  • PAN Card.

  • Driving License.

  • Voter's ID.

Delivery is conducted by the courier agent after verifying the recipient's identity proof, with details duly noted for security purposes. The recipient is expected to cooperate by providing original copies of the identity proof during this process.

Every jewellery package from IRAA By MPJ is delivered in durable, tamper-proof packaging. Whether it is jewellery, gold coins, or solitaires, items are presented in an exclusive box along with relevant certificates.
